How to Use
Dispense a small drop of primer oil on fingertips and pat over bare eyelids. Allow product to be absorbed before applying eyeshadow.
To use as a mixing medium, dispense a powder eyeshadow or pigment onto a clean surface. Add a small drop of primer oil to the powder. Combine the products using a brush or a spatula. Apply the mixture like a cream eyeshadow.
*Recommended to use on shimmer shadows.
